A good day in the saddle riding from one end of the Kingdom or Man to the other.

1,700 riders, 45 miles, 5,000ft of climbing and a 30mph headwind all the way - lovely.

The leaders were 45 minutes slower than usual due to the extra couple of miles, the extra climbing and the headwind. I was 5 minute faster than last time so I'm pleased with that.
